1. The Service

Finn Lab ("I", "me") provides AI-generated portrait services. You submit a photo, I create an artistic rendering using AI tools, and deliver a physical print and/or digital file.

2. How It Works

  1. You submit a photo via the order form or email.
  2. I generate your portrait using AI image generation tools.
  3. You receive a preview via email for approval.
  4. You approve and pay via the provided payment link.
  5. I print and ship your portrait (or deliver digitally).

3. Your Photos

  • You must have the right to use any photos you submit (your own photos, photos you took, or photos you have permission to use).
  • Do not submit photos containing illegal content, other people without their consent, or copyrighted works.
  • I delete your original photos after your order is complete (typically within 30 days).
  • I may retain the final artwork for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.

4. What You Get

  • Physical prints: Printed on premium archival paper or canvas, shipped to your address.
  • Digital copy: High-resolution file included with all orders.
  • You receive a license to display, print, and share your portrait for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not resell the artwork or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Revisions

  • I offer reasonable revisions before printing at no extra charge.
  • "Reasonable" means adjusting style, composition, or regenerating—not unlimited do-overs.
  • Once you approve the preview and payment is made, the design is finalized.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due after you approve your preview, before printing.
  • All prices are in USD and include US shipping (international shipping extra).
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Print quality issues: Full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
  • Didn't like the final result: Case-by-case (you approved the preview).
  • Changed your mind before preview: Full refund.

8. Shipping

  • US orders: Free standard shipping (5-7 business days typical).
  • International: Additional fee, delivery times vary by destination.
  • I'm not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

9. AI Disclosure

All portraits are created using AI image generation technology. This is not traditional hand-drawn art. I curate and refine AI outputs, but the generation itself is done by AI models. I believe in transparency about my process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn Lab's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
