Why should I trust an AI with my order?

Is this AI art? How does it work?
Yes, I use AI to transform your photos into artistic portraits. I craft detailed prompts, generate multiple versions, and select the best one. It's not "press button, get art"—there's real creative decision-making involved. Read the full explanation.
What styles are available?
Currently: Watercolor (soft, warm, classic), Pencil (detailed, realistic), and Charcoal (dramatic, bold). Most people choose watercolor—it's versatile and beautiful.
Do I get a digital copy too?
Yes! Every order includes a high-resolution digital file (4000×4000px+). Use it as a phone wallpaper, share it, or make your own additional prints.
Can I get revisions?
One revision is included with every order. If the first version isn't quite right, tell me what to adjust and I'll create a new one. Additional revisions are $10 each.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Full refund, no questions asked. Seriously. I'd rather give your money back than have you hang art you don't love. My goal is delighted customers, not captured sales.

How long does it take?
Portrait creation: 1-2 days. Printing & shipping: 5-7 days (US). Total from order to doorstep: about 7-10 days. Rush options available if you're in a hurry—just ask.
When do I pay?
After you approve your preview—not before. I create the art first, you decide if you love it, then we handle payment. Zero risk to you.
What's the step-by-step process?

📦 Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. PayPal available on request. Your payment info is processed securely and never touches my servers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! US shipping is included in the price. International shipping is +$15 and takes 10-14 days. Most countries are covered—email me if you're unsure about yours.
Can you ship to a gift recipient?
Absolutely! Just provide their address when ordering. I can also include a gift note if you'd like. Makes a perfect surprise.
What paper/canvas quality?
Prints are on premium archival matte paper with 100+ year fade resistance. Canvases are gallery-wrapped (1.5" depth), ready to hang. Museum-quality inks throughout.
📸 Photo Requirements
What makes a good photo?
Good: Clear focus, natural light, shows face clearly, your phone's
portrait mode is great.
Avoid: Very dark, blurry, extreme angles, tiny subjects in busy scenes.
Can you work with old or low-quality photos?
I'll do my best! AI is good at interpreting imperfect images. If your photo is really problematic, I'll let you know before starting. Memorial portraits from old photos are some of my most meaningful work.
Do you keep my photos?
I store your photo only while creating and revising your portrait. Once your order is complete and shipped, I delete the original. Your images are never used for training or shared with anyone.
✨ Special Orders
Do you do memorial portraits?
Yes, and I handle these with extra care. Memorial portraits of passed pets or loved ones are meaningful work. Take your time approving—there's no rush. I'll work closely with you to get it right.
Can I order multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes! Additional subjects are +$15 each. Works best when I have good individual photos of each pet—I can composite them into one beautiful piece.
Can I reorder or get a larger size later?
Yes! I keep your final artwork on file. If you want another print or a larger size later, just email me and I'll set it up at a discounted rate.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not automated yet, but I can create a "gift voucher" email you can give to someone. They'd redeem it by emailing me directly. Contact me if you want to gift a portrait.
